TrialVersion MsPro 7.0 crashes when using transition effects

I have just installed the downloadable trial version of MsPro 7.0. onto my computer using Windows XP (SP2)

Everything seems OK but when I try to install any of the transition effects (especially the 3D ones) the program crashes.

ULEAD tells me to download the latest version of DirectX but this has no effect.

What is the solution?
Are there other codecs that may be causing a conflict?
Any help appreciated

Hi there,

in my knowledge the trial is not updatable and has the status of 7.0. But to use it with XP, SP1 or SP2 some patches for MSP 7.01 or higher (7.2) are required to work with XP.

Maybe i'm wrong and you has another problem on your machine.
