Audio adjustment

Post by HankM »

Is there a quick way to adjust an audio level of the whole clip
without using the rubber bands at each end, or using the audio filter or the mixer? Maybe something like ctrl + and drag anywhere in the tineline audio to raise or lower the level.

Hi Hank

I also have the same problem and would be happy about a fast solution.
At the moment I do it with the audio filter "maximice" or so (I dont know the exact name because I'm not on my computer).

Audio up and down

Post by HankM »

Walter,
Glad to hear that someone else recognizes the problem.
I have even created custom audio level filters, but I still have to
get them and end up tweeking them. I hope Ulead will implement
something like ALT click and drag the audio up or down.

That would be a REALLY good thing. Seems so simple, been spoiled by that in using Avid and FCP. It would be great if Ulead tweaked their audio editing just a little bit to be more like those others. It is definitely frustrating to zoom in and precisely grab those endpoints and drag them down.
