error 4101 can't render or burn!!

Just got the full paid Disc Creator MC4, made a nice movie, and can't render it or burn anything. I keep getting ' x got problems error 4101' messages. I've got a gig of ram, 117gb hard disk space, using an avi file when i try to burn direct, and have a sony drx810ul dvd burner. what am I to do?

I should add that I've looked at all the posts regarding this error message and mf4, and tried all suggestions all to no avail. Even when I'm trying to put an image on either of my NTFS hard drives I get this message right away. I've even tried to burn a 6sec .avi with no sound, same error. AAARGH! Someone help, nobody from ulead has answered me!!

new error! I can't even convert anything from .avi to mpeg using the export tool. HELP ME!!!!

Hey, I got 4101 errors too! We must be unique as no-one seems to have replied to your question.

Did Ulead help you, or what was your workaround?
