Video Studio 9 tutorials

In the Ulead Learning Center, a number of tutorials for VideoStudio are listed for download from an FTP site. I have attempted to download from this list and keep getting rejected because (a) the site in inoperable or (b) my Internet Download Manager is not functioning properly.

I use IDM all the time for downloads without a problem. What might be stopping me from securing these Zip files?

It may be a problem on Ulead's end. I have downloaded the tutorials in the past but can not now. I would just recommend trying again at another time.
