Failed to create video disc

From the main DVD Movie Factory 3 menu I select Create video Disc.
Once a a new project is selected and the DVD option is chosen I get this error:

AppName: dvdmf.exe AppVer: 3.0.0.1 ModName: uvmpeg2.dll
ModVer: 3.0.0.0 Offset: 00018147

as soon as the error appears I am sent back to the selection menu of
MF 3.

It happens with DVD MF 2 and 3. I even downloaded MF 4 and still the same.

With MF 2 the error is with mpeg2.dll. With MF 3 and MF 4 the error is with
uvmeg2.dll. tHis is a Ulead file and I am wondering what conflict there could be. I only have MF 3 installed now and doing a search of the registry finds no mention of this DLL file.
