deleting a project in MF3

How do you delete a movie after you have burned it to a disk?

To clarify, I know how to delete, just not sure what to delete.

I'm using ADV DVD Express to capture and can easily delete the file after its captured, but after editing in movie factory several new files are created. Everything goes into a directory called 3.0. At 3-4 gig each, I'm going to use uo HD space in a hurry. After the burn, what files are safe to delete?
