I have a mpeg source with 1.6 gbyte. When i export this file with quickexport i get a file with only 1 gbit file size. Is this the same quality? This happens with one or when i add more file to one. The same result when i set the same source directly in the project.
This happens not at every time, but all files are mpeg and the same source Hauppauge digital card, linux vdr-system and pvainstrumento 2.1.15.
Do i something wrong?

The program is using your "Project Settings".
The exported file may have a lower video_bit_rate than the source.
OR, the source audio is pcm and your exported file is mpeg or dolby audio.
Right-Click on the Icon/file on the timeline and select "Properties".
That will display the properties of the source video.
What board(s) are you using for the "Linux vdr-system". The Hauppauge digital card? Which card? What version of Linux?
