Ulead Photo Express 4.0 SE problem

well i bought my lil bro a GC A50 digital camera.. and it came with "Ulead Photo Express 4.0 SE" which is probably the worst program in history created.. at first it wouldnt open up.. then i had to start it in 98/me... then.. wen i uploading a picture.. it gives me the error that says "LOAD IMAGE CONTEXT FAILED!" when i hit aquire

can someone plzzz help.. im about to cry
