New Preset Shapes

Post by Seedy3 »

I'm trying to save a newly made preset shape with a correct name. I have saved it and used it, but the name is not correct. I named the vector layer and when prompted the shape name as the same, but when I go to use the new shape, it's called "Path(stroke)" in the drop-down menu in PSP. I've tried all sorts of ways to fix this, but they all come up as "Path(stroke)". What am I doing wrong?

Did you rename the layer or the shape? For example, if I draw a simple path and name the shape "Weird Prism Thing", then name the layer "Weird Thing" and finally export the shape with the name "Weird" it'll show int eh preset shapes drop-down as "Weird Prism Thing" taking it's name from the shape that was exported not the layer.

Then I recommend trying to name the shape inside the layer not just the layer itself.
