How do I make a glitch effect in 2022 Video Studio?

Hello, I am trying to make a new outro. I looked on Youtube but did not find anything really. How do I create a text glitch effect or effect with images? Something like this https://youtu.be/ggusGXdsCog?t=650. I found this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aMoDcfMO99M but it's not what I am looking for.

I have moved your post to the Video Studio forum as you are more likely to get answers here than in the Tutorials forum. I can't help you with your problem, though, since I am not even sure what you mean by a glitch effect. But hopefully others will understand.

You can start with the earthquake FX and then add others.

In the video that you reference, Gripps2211 explains very well how to create a glitch effect using the Mosaic and Earthquake filters. Based on that explanation and using both the Earthquake and Wiggle filters, you should be able to create the effect that you want, but if not then experiment with some other filters. There is probably no single filter that will simply create the effect that you gave as an example.

Adding to he ideas so far, also can try Fx > Camera Lens > Mirror.

Ahh ok. Yea nothing really comes close to I have to pay for it. Other editing programs have it built in but I just do not like other editing programs. Thank I'll give some of these a tray & see if they work. Thank ya'll.
