I've just noticed in the Corel blurb for VS 2022 that it indicates that among the plug-ins for Ultimate are the NewBlueFX ColorFast Motion Effects. However, they don't appear to be installed in my VS 2022 Ultimate. I have NB Elements, Stylizers, Filters and Essentials plus NB Titler 5, and now NB Legacy which I found listed in the Store as Free. But searching through the Store, I can't find any reference to NewBlueFX ColorFast Motion Effects whether free or otherwise. I also tried reinstalled D:\Downloads\VS 2022 25.0.0.373 RC\64bit\BonusFeature\NewBlueFxUlt but it merely reinstalled the foregoing, but not the ColorFast Motion Effects.
So I am wondering whether anyone actually has them as part of the VS 2022 installation?
That same plug-in list for VS 2022 also refers to proDAD Vitascene LE. I don't have that either, though think I originally did. I just bought and installed Vegas 19 Pro which includes the full version of Vitascene 4.0, and this is now what appears in my VS 2022 FX as well. So naturally I wonder if it was installed generally as part of the Vegas installation... If so, it doesn't appear to have made it into Pinnacle Studio 25 Ultimate. But then again, I'm not sure that Vitascene was meant to be a part of Studio in whatever version...

Re: NewBlueFX ColorFast Motion Effects
Ken,
I don't have either of the newblue colour motion, or Vitascene LE filters in my ulimate installation (SP2 installed, ver 472), see 2 screenshots attached. The only other NLE I have is PD18, and there hasn't been any other update to any editor since CVS 2022 sp2 (25.0.0.472). A search of the 2022 user guide did not find anything on the new blue color motion filter, or the vitascene LE item. So despite the advertising blurb, Corel hasn't made good on the statements in the latest software.
Bug this?
Clarify with Nick??

Re: NewBlueFX ColorFast Motion Effects
In NB Filters & NB Legacy Packages I have a NB ColorFast filter, but not a NB Colorfast Motion Filter
I have what appears to be a full version of Vitascene 4.0 with all filters available for use, in one of my Magix NLEs which has Vitascene 2.0 LE only some of the filters are available

Re: NewBlueFX ColorFast Motion Effects
Thanks guys. I'll get in touch with Nick and Yvonne to see what they have to say. It will also be interesting to see if anyone else chimes in here.

On the NB web site, only ColorFast 2 is available, can find no reference to ColorFast Motion Effects

Re: NewBlueFX ColorFast Motion Effects
I've already heard back from Yvonne. She said the following:
"Newblue ColorFast has been re-categorized, it is now under "Newblue Filters" in Filter library.
And Yes, VS2022 did include Vitascene LE 4.0. I am not sure if the one included in Vegas 19 is same as ours, however, you might try to reset the library from Library Manager and see if it can be back.
To re-install Vitascene LE in VS is also a work around, but I am afraid that might affect the one in Vegas 19.
Let me know if resetting library can work. If not, then I will ask proDAD for more details about this."
I've checked and, yes, a single ColorFast filter is now in the NB Filters folder. I thought originally that mentioning it in the blurb indicated there would be more than one filter involved, but maybe some of the others in Filters were originally in that separate folder.
As for Vitascene, I've checked in the filter in VS, and there is no reference at all to "LE" in the About section under Help. It is labelled "Vitascene 4.0 from proDAD Vitascene 4.0.295 (13.12.2021)". When I open About in the Vegas Vitascene, I get the identical names and numbers, so I guess it is the Vegas version which has overwritten the Corel version since the proDAD folder in File Explorer is all labelled with today's date.
I will leave things alone since it certainly works in both programs, and taking especial note of Yvonne's warning that trying to restore the LE in VS could muck it up in Vegas.

*Ken, I decided not to get VP19 for the 71$ but to wait if VP17 will come on HB for just 30$ as I have 5 years old system.

Re: NewBlueFX ColorFast Motion Effects
Yes, I can understand that, especially with the reduction in prices which are going on even by Magix itself. I bought VP 18 a year or so ago, and probably didn't need to replace it for a few years. But the $71 was too attractive!!
