Cant add anything to timeline VS2019 Ultimate

Cant add anything to timeline. No transitions, filters, pictures etc. but can add pictures drag and drop from explorer. Also Can add one thing when I first open the project then it stops working.

First off, can you tell us which version of VS you are using. Your Profile says "19" but is that X9 or 2019?

We also need to know what format video you are wanting to use, and what the Project Properties are set to produce.

One thing you could try would be to in effect reset VS. Go to C:\Users\[YourName]\AppData\Roaming\Ulead Systems\Corel VideoStudio Pro (x64) and rename the folder there. If you are using VS 2019, that would be the folder labelled 22.0; and if you are using VS X9, that would be folder labelled 19. Just call it something like 22.0_OLD or 19.0_OLD. Then restart VS. It will take a little while to rebuild and fully open, so be patient. When it is fully open, do you still have the same problem?

I think I solved my own problem. I saved the .vsp file under a different name and reloaded it and havent had the problem since. So possibly the project file was corrupted?
