Did I just waste my money? No DJI Support?

I guess it's my bad for not drilling in to check. I just purchased AfterShot Pro 3.0 and tried to up some DNG format RAW images from my DJI Mavic 2 Zoom Drone. They don't work. What's up with that? Is there a work around, or any support planned for DJI's RAW image files?

Exactly the same problem... only four years later. Seems like resolving a problem might be a process of evolution - you know - a bit like dinosaurs developing feathers. Bought the "paintshop pro 2022 ultimate" package to streamline my workflow AND on the strength of the "sea to sky" module specifically for drone shooters (guess what it is I do professionally?). paintshop, aftershot 3 AND the wonderful "sea to sky" one-click wonder for drone fliers supports.... one DJI product. The Inspire 1. Which is hilarious considering that there are three cameras that can be used by this one drone and six interchangable lenses. THEN I got jiggy with aftershot 3, thinking that I could (as I have already had to do with the other softwares I use) build my own custom LCP. Fat chance.

Customer support? THERE'S the answer to my frustration! Think again. One half-soaked suggestion provided by two different reps that would have resulted in an inaccurate correction profile and then the "support ticket" got cancelled on BOTH occasions. Like this user: I am thoroughly pissed off that I have wasted my money on this editing suite - the only difference between me and this chap is that when I said quite clearly that if the problem couldn't be sorted, I'd have my money back... THAT was ignored as well.

Even better: I suggested that the developer team take a leaf out of the freeware utilities books (HUGIN lens correction GUI/ADOBE lens profile creator) and create a module that had the capability to create custom LCP's specific to the RAW files that come out of all three of my cameras (none of which are supported, by the way)... THAT was ignored as well!

So: I'm out of pocket and out of luck. I'm also out of patience with COREL. Re-name your softwares COREL - take the work "PRO" out of the titles. It is misleading.

............... and I STILL want my money back.................
