Missing Text in Menus and Dropdowns

Does anyone know why my PSP 2020 and 2018 both are missing all the menu and dropdown text information? The icons are there in some instances though. I am running Win 7 and have updated Windows, PSP2020 and the video driver to the latest versions in an effort to fix this.

I'm moving this to the PSP forum since you are likely to get more replies there -- and the problem in any case appears to be directly related to PSP.

Have you tried resetting both PSP 2020 and 2018 if the problem only happens with them? With the programs closed, hold down the Shift key when you click on the desktop icon to open PSP. You should be asked if you want to reset. Make sure you first save any customized workspace before the reset since it will otherwise be lost.

I did try to reset or st least i think so because all text in the dialog box was missing as well. I did hit the OK box and PSP looked different when it started but still no text.

Left-click on a menu and display the submenus
Right-click on a submenu and tick "Text" or "Image and Text":

Thank you for the responses. I finally fixed it by uninstalling PSP 2020. Now 2018 works as normal. Before that I tried Repair instal on 2020 and still no help. I may just leave things as is using 18. Thanks again.
