Corel HAVE to be the biggest conware manufacturers on the planet.

As well as their shoddy video products, I now discover that Paintshop Pro 2021 Ultimate is just as shoddy.

The upsampling feature DOES NOT work. You can follow their help files to the letter and it'll never work.

Now, if there's demand for it, I can produce a video and show you what it does do.

Perfect! Almost perfect! It did exactly what it said it would do and did it quickly.

The sticking point for me here is the price. 159 euros. I don't do a lot of upsizing so it's a lot of money for something which I'll hardly use but I'll give it some thought.

It's certainly a million times better than crappy Corel.

You have a problem with the driver of your video card. PSP 2021 is not the culprit.
