Clean-Up tool for Video Studio

Install of 2020 got stuck, just like on several other posts on here from past version. Can’t install, repair or uninstalled now, repair reboots about 60% in.

Tried manual uninstall but no good.

Looking at this issue in the past, the only way is to use the cleanup tool, but there isn’t one yet for 2020.

Sending you a PM, requesting log files from C:\ProgramData\VideoStudio Log Files\VS2020. We would like a look at these, first Possible the cleanup tool can help, but we won't know until we can dig in a little more.

Maybe you should try Revo Uninstaller Pro.

Any version for removing Corel Video Studio 2020?
I have just bought the programme and I want to unisntal it and install in a new computer.
I belive I cannot run in two PCs.

So far Corel have not provided a cleanup tool for 2020, using Program and Features should do the job
We did have a version to test but caused more issues than it fixed
And yes you are correct we can only install VS on one machine, but can re-install when changing machines.
You will be prompted to input your e-mail used to register the program when installing on your new computer.

I would install on the new machine, prove it works then uninstall on the older PC

Is there a VideoStudio2020 cleanup tool available yet?
I just want to run the cleanup tool and uninstall it cleanly, but when I hear that it was having so much trouble, I'm worried.
If VideoStudio's standard uninstall system works exactly like a cleanup tool, and can uninstall cleanly, that's fine.

it's a hassle to have to use the cleanup tool after uninstalling it. Is it safe to say that it's such a high performance uninstaller this time around?

Since there is no Cleanup tool for it yet, I used the "Revo Uninstaller Pro".

en utilisant la procédure de Windows 10

il y a un message erreur
le logiciel est en fonction > donc impossible de continuer la désinstallation

j'ai pourtant vérifier si un process videostudio état en cours , mais rien

la version 2020 pose problème avec d'anciens formats de fichiers vidéo

plantage systématique pendant le rendu
cependant pas de problème pendant la lecture complète de la time line dans videostudio


la version 2018 est bien plus fiable

Unfortunately, Corel have still not made a cleanup tool available.

I have a problem with Video Studio 2020. It doesn't work properly and doesn't show all the images, videos etc
I want to completely uninstall the program but I don't know how to leave it completely clean so I can install it from 0!
In fact the problem is with Boris BCC Title Studio, it opens but it doesn't allow me to work with it.
I can't put an image, but everywhere I can see (?) question marks! No allowed to read any of the commands.

Everybody can think on their own, in how many places user could do an error which breaks their workstation.

One odd question is e.g. why this step is not mentioned at all??

Alfons, before doing a complete uninstall try reinstalling the Bonus Pack, the issue you have has been previously reported, unfortunately Corel have been unable to provide a working VS2020 Cleanup Tool, so a complete uninstall means manually searching your computer and deleting all traces of VS2020
