Activation Limit Reached

Post by RobertOZ »

It has been necessary to reinstall Motion Studio 3D on the laptop but am now unable to activate, stating that activation limit has been reached. Must admit over the past 6 years I would have no idea how many times it has been necessary to uninstall/reinstall the product.
Anyway I have submitted a ticket asking for my account to be reset, it will be interesting to see what their response will be

It will indeed be interesting to hear... While I have not had to reinstall MS3D often on the same computer, I have over that same period as you, installed it on a variety of computers but never yet received a msg saying I have exceeded an unknown number of installs...!

Corel have reset my activation count so MS3D is now reinstalled, noted that I no longer get the "Stopped Working"error on closing

Corel have also advised that MS3D is NOT compatible with Win 10 and even if I did manage to Install the program there will be compatibility issues, just don't tell my computer that MS3D wont work with it, don't want to upset it

Hi

A little late to the party here, but I had the same problem back in June
I contacted Corel via the Chat Lines, good support, then passed to another guy Cho who reset the MS3D counter.
Launching the program simply worked ok without the activation warning.
