I also use Lightroom CC for its face recognition, which is a free feature even after the end of the 7-day (!) trial.
The name of the person gets added as a keyword. For non-DNG files, they get added to sidecar XMP files.
For DNG files, they get written back into the DNG.
Unfortunately, it seems that Aftershot Pro cannot see these keywords inside DNGs at all. Even if I remove the DNG picture from my Aftershot catalog and add it back, or use filesystem mode, Aftershot pro still cannot read the keywords from the file.
Is this something that could be fixed in Aftershot ?
