How to put a photo in the background of a video?

I'm new to Motion Studio 3D and how to put a photo as background in the video? The video has a White background

When you say "video" do you mean the video title you created in MS3D? If so, then you need to insert the video into one of the overlay tracks of a video editing program like Video Studio. MS3D is a program which makes (video) titles, rather than a whole video project.

I have not created any video and i want to put photo as background in the existing video. The video has a white background

In Corel MotionStudio 3D, go in the Easy Palette/Scene and choose the background you want Image, Picture, Video or else.

If you want a personal Photo or Video : Go in the Attributes Panel/Background, a window will open. Go to your pictures/videos files and select the one you want.
