Hi folks, there's not a lot of activity going on here, so i thought I'd ask this question in a new topic.
I want to learn how I can tell an effect to begin somewhere within the timeline, and not start at the beginning. I want to make an effect start somewhere other than the start of the timeline and there must be a way to do that- anyone give me any help?

... And we don't like having the same question repeated. If no one has answered your other one, which is only a couple of days old, then they are unlikely to answer the repeated question. I am going to lock this one to prevent confusion in case your earlier question does attract answers...
