Please help. I tried pointing GA to my plugins folder for Paint Shop Pro and I think I over loaded it!!! Meaning I have a lot of .8bf adobe compatable plugins.... should I have created a different directory for GA? And how do I get it to stop crashing so I can change it???
If you look at other posts in this forum, there is a huge question mark over whether GA 5 is compatible with Windows 7. Heck, it is so old now there are even questions as to whether it is compatible with Vista!! I don't think you are going to have much luck getting a solution to your problem unless a very rare user has your set of programs and operating system and has found an answer.
GA was running fine until I tried to load the plugins. I just need to know an idea of how to get it to stop crashing long enough for me to remove the file location I used to point GA to the directory of plugins so it stops crashing.

You could temporarily rename the offending plug-ins folder, then see if the program opens long enough to do what you need to change, then undo the temporary rename of the folder to use with your other programs. Just a thought.
