Where to get Photo Explorer 8.6

I am on the road to a new computer system. Thanks to good advice here it was easy to install VideoStudio and PhotoImpact. Now I am thinking about Photo Explorer 8.6, which I have been using on my old computer. There seem to be several download sources for Photo Explorer 8,5, but is it possible to get 8.6 or shall I just download 8,5 and be content? Does it matter from where I download?
As Photo Explorer is discontinued maybe it is better to switch to another program? Any suggestions will be appreciated!

The main concern when downloading anything on the internet is you never know what else comes with it but try this site - one of the more trustworthy on the internet :-

Thanks Brian for your suggestion. I downloaded and tested the file for virus on Virustotal. Of 42 tests 2 found something. Malwarebytes found PUP.Adware.Agent and SuperAntiSpyware found Trojan.Agent/Gen-Downloader.
So I went to download.com and got version 8.5.
I hope 8.6 is not much different.
So I guess I should look for a newer program like Photo Explorer. All suggestions are welcome.
Photo Explorer has one problem (slightly annoying). It does not use the embedded info in the photo to rotate it correctly for viewing.

Normally I download most of my software from Torrent. I know it not legal but Torrent is free. You may also search in torrent for Photo Explorer.
