making a gif with transparent background

Hello.. and apologizme if my question its "first grade question"

but I have a gif file, but I cant save this gif with transparent background.. because when I try to show in a forum post ( the forum have a light cyan color background like this forum) and my gif show a white background frame....

how to edit in Ulead gif animator to do this gif file transparent ( the background ) ? please . . . because I try several settings and I cant... of course its my first gif to edit,,, I am a new on this... sorry

In the Workspace, when you select the Optimize tab, the Attribute toolbar has a "Transparency" button. That has to be selected to save the animation with a transparent background.

Also make sure you don't have an object in your Object Manager that's a solid white image. If it's there, delete it.

this I can do all
