Ulead Gif Animator has encountered a problem and need....

this is the message i have been getting when ever i open my Gif animator version 5 on my windows xp sp2 pc, i even tried in windows 2k and vista but still same problem, i couldnt understand it, plz anybody help to overcome it. thanx in adv

i thought its codec problem, and after formating my pc i directly installed UGA without any software installation, but still same problem occured

In the crash box, did you "Click here" to see the details? Without knowing what those details are, it's pretty hard to help. If you could do that, and post the details (perhaps with a screen shot, too) that will give us something to go on.

Without any details to go on, we can't help. There are no psychics here, as far as I know... If you tell the vet, "My dog is sick," but don't tell him anything else, and don't bring in the dog, you aren't going to find out what's ailing him.
