A forum member asked me what to do if he/she finds any spam or unwanted material on this forum. Here is my reply.
The moderators are able to move spams immediately into a hidden forum to remove them from view.
The Administrators will then
1. Delete the Post
2. Delete the user
3. Ban that users email address
4. Where it is clear that the IP address is not dynamic or shared, the IP address will be blocked.
Please report the post if you see anything that you consider needs removal - do this by clicking the "Report Post" icon (inverted triangle with an exclamation mark in it) which you will find towards the top right corner of the post.
Thank you.
Spamming.

A reminder to our Web Board members that if you find any spam - especially pornography.
The Web Board Staff can quickly spot new posts that appear by these unwanted parasites and action is quickly taken. It appears that out of frustration some of these parasites are resorting to placing their unwanted material as replies to legitimate posts. These can get by undetected - especially when there are a large number of posts in a short space of time.
Please bring to the attention of any member of forum staff (by using the "Report Post icon) any such posts that you find so that we can delete the offending material and banish the unwanted parasite from our site.
Thank you
Steve Jones
