video render problem

Post by Paladin99 »

Hello all. I'm a relatively new user of Cool 3d and I have created a project that I want to use as an intro to a video project. The c3d project is about 180 frames and I want to save it as an NTSC .avi video file.

The file plays perfectly within Cool 3d preview. The file begins to render but has several drop outs or artifacts, or whatever you call them as it renders the .avi file. When I play the file back in Media Player the video breaks up in several places and is unusable. The file is only around 7 seconds long.

What could be the problem with the video file and how can I correct it?

Thanks for your help.

What compression codec do you use in that video?

Try uncompressed AVI and see the result.

I'm not using any compression for the video. I'm just using the default settings for .avi

If you save it as animation GIF, what happens?

Is there any chance we can see the video online?
