In addition to the plug-in site not being available the Knowledge Base is also missing from the forum link and the main Corel site. I can only assume they are updating the web site but clearly the Plug-in site has been down for a while
Corel is on Facebook, probably the best option as other support is not free other that the 90 day period

I also did so on Easter Monday.lundbech wrote:I did that two weeks ago ...lata wrote:I have passed the information on to Corel
In the Corel Your Way forum, Jen from Corel first said:
and again on Thursday:...the reason this is happening is NOT because ASP is dying. We are having an issue with the domains that AfterShot Pro is on.
I am happy to say that the server issue is half fixed! It has taken some time because of a virus.

Re: Plugin site dead?
I think everything went downhill when Corel aquired Bibble Labs. Not everything was perfect with the labs, but they was periodicly active in the forum, there was a very active community participating in the forum, lots of creative and brilliant programmers from all around the world making plug-ins to address whatever was lacking in the program and bringing in new ideas all the time. It was a thriving community where everyone enthusiasticly (for good or worse) had their relationship with the company and the product. Then Corel happened...
Why am I not surprised that they can't (bother to) manage the plugin site or their internal linking..?
