How to uninstall Corel Digital Studio 2010

I have read the instructions on this forum how to uninstall Corel Digital Studio 2010 but I have had no luck. I am signed on as an 'administrator' and gone to my Windows 7 control panel and tried to uninstall Digital Studio 2010. I get a message from Digital Studio after the uninstall starts running, I do not have the correct file to continue. I have read the 'Knowledgebase' on this forum but I can not download the file it says I need to use as the Clean up Utility. If I click on the link to download it from the FTP site, I can not sign on. I would appreciate any help.

I've never actually done the uninstall, but a quick Google search came up with this result http://www.uninstallapp.com/article/How ... -2010.html. I'm not sure if you 100% need a third party uninstaller, but this article gives you a few options anyway.
