Also, the MPEG 2 files I have created do not play on Windows media player.
For both, they freeze when the file tries to transition from the opening titles to the DVD content.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what is wrong here?

Also can you tell us how did you created the DVD using Digital Studio 2010 and if you have the latest version of Windows Media Player?

While I wish I could answer your question,I had somewhat a similar problem,on one of my attempts,I believe I did burn my video,but my blueray could not read the files,alsoa regular dvd player could not read it.

Yeah, we need a little more information. It depends on how you burned it, what software you used, etc. Is it just the DVD player that doesn't read it? If you put it in your computer, will it play or are you having the same problem?
