Edit PSD Text Layer In PSP

Edit PSD Text Layer In PSP
I have been a photoshop guy like forever and a day and decided to upgrade from CS2. The cost to do so with Adobe was to expensive so I sought out an alternative and found PSP. I opened a PSD file and PSP and seen all of my layers but noticed I could not edit the text. I see the text tool and chose that but it appears it's for create new text not editing existing text. Is there a way to edit a PSD text layer in PSP?

No, PSP doesn't support any of Photoshop's vector objects. Where possible PSP converts them to raster images.
