This has been happening since I installed version 2021. How do I get rid of it?

That is a known bug they don't currently have a fix for it, there are several ways to trigger it which is the problem. It's the result of the new Photography and Sky-to-Sea workspaces. They are using a chromium browser and angular based webpage to create those workspaces. That error comes up when the webpage that makes up the new interface can't find the required data. I don't see it myself when using the Complete workspace and minimizing but that doesn't mean much.
