import Ultimate Template Bundle to 2021 Ult

I have just purchased the Ultimate Template Bundle for PsPro 2021 Ultimate, have received a receipt but have no instructions on how to import them. Help please

There are some details from the Welcome screen indicating the templates are available via PSP menu -- File – New from Templates as image

I cannot replicate the image you posted. Volume 2 was referenced in about 10 different places. The volume concerned with here was only in “My Library” at the bottom of the Filter list in the Store.I clicked on that and got a message on a green background saying that after purchasing this item you will have to restart your application. Your items will be available for download in the New From Template section via File>New from Template.
I restarted and went File > New From Template. I then saw an image “New From Template” with 2 columns of icons on the left headed by one for Ultimate Template Bundle in the 2nd column .On the right was an enlarged image with an option to download on a blue background at the bottom. I clicked on “download” and it changed in a instant to “Installed” I then got a congratulatory image in numerous languages headed” Paint Shop Pro Bundle”. It also advised that I may need to restart to have all the templates show as purchased. Restarted PSPro and my PC . Saw installed notice again > OK Saw Congratulations notice and image again .Closed image in PSPRo
File > New From Template
Clicked on 1st Ultimate Template Bundle Icon, surrounding frame does not highlight > no response
Clicked on 2nd Ultimate Template Bundle icon , surrounding frame highlights > Saw advert for Vol. 2
All the other icons in the list respond
This is where I am and still without Ultimate Template Bundle.Have tried loading an image 1st and File > new from Template 1st.

Hi Kenneth
When you purchase any template that template is moved to the My Library section.
As you have followed the instructions to install the Ultimate Template Bundle I can only assume they will be available from the program
Make sure you are working with the Complete workspace and in Edit

I do not know where the Templates will be maybe others on the forum can help here
Have a look in the Effects list, I would imagine that is the place to add the bundle.

Otherwise a chat with Corel Support should sort things, maybe need a look at the pc remote access etc.
