When I place the organizer in "Auto-Hide" mode it does hide! Very well.
Is there any way to make the organizer appear whenever there is no image in the workspace and hide when an image is present there? That would be SO much more convenient than having it hide whenever the mouse pointer is moved a bit too high.

Hi bob, I don't think that's possible.

Re: Organizer auto-hide
While less automatic, you could just use the shortcut keys to turn the organizer on and off. So it's literally only when you want to use the organizer that it appears because you've called it. The shortcut is SHIFT + F9, you can change this to something more appropriate to your needs if you don't like that shortcut.

Re: Organizer auto-hide
That sounds like a usable workaround. Thanks.

Re: Organizer auto-hide
You started me thinking... that may be a problem in and of itself.
I tried recording a script of just closing the organizer -- it worked; even better it is a toggle and neither close- nor open-specific. So I just added it to the beginning and at the end of my main script. Voila! The organizer disappeared when I started the script and reappeared when the script was over. Not a big thing but I like it.
