PSP Ult. 2021 cache
PSP2021 -- "Display and Caching" settings options missing from File Preferences General Program Preferences after initially setting scratch disk. I have never encountered this in PSP2019 or 2020. Closing and re-opening application does not help. Re-installation brings the options back until new settings are chosen and it disappears again. Any help getting this resolved is greatly appreciated.

Yes, sir. I finally discovered that error after working on it for another hour or so. I think where I went wrong was that I was having a terrible time with the application not shutting down and I was having to terminate it through task manager. So I had too many things going on at once and was not paying close attention. I want to thank you for your concern and response to my question though because I very well could have been still sitting here until your reply set me straight.
