Some of my photos in the viewer are cropped at the top - they look fine in the timeline, and when the video is made, the top of the pictures are still cropped out.
The settings for cropped is not selected.

Can you provide a screen shot of the User Interface
Are the images Portrait or Landscape
What are the project properties, settings Project Properties, are they set to a portrait mode or standard 16:9 ratio.
Are the images on the top track or on an overlay track
OK, another thought
Do the images have a yellow bounding box / resize handles
Right click the image on the preview screen for Fit to Height, does that help
