I am stopping a video so I can clip it. When I stop, the image blurs and if I clip it at that point, then the subsequent clip is blurred (sometimes momentarily---image returns to normal after a few seconds). This doesn't happen with all videos, just some. Any ideas on what is causing this?

Do you use smart proxy? And I believe you are talking for preview window.
