I am unsure where you stand at the moment?
You started with a 128gb ssd with windows installed
You had a spare 500 gb that I assume you have now installed, but did you clone / move the operating system to the 500 Gb drive
That would now be your new C Drive containing your operating system, the old 128 drive being spare, maybe now the D Drive, or is your windows still installed on the 128gb drive.
Of course you would still have to manage your files as the two drives are still small Gb wise.
I would also advise that you only install programs to your C Drive.

As for ram I have 16gb with page filing automatically set and appears to work just fine.

Did you run the Windows Memory Diagnostic test, I am sure that there will be no problems with your memory but just worth checking.

I just managed to get the 128gb cloned to the 500gb this afternoon. (I tried installing programs on the larger drive first, but that didn't help)
I'm hoping that, tomorrow, I'll get the time to remove the NVMe drive and attempt to boot up. I understand that Windows should locate the cloned drive, change the drive letter to C: and boot up as usual.
Sure hoping that's what takes place. :D

A big thanks to all who contributed to my education on this thread.
I'm now up and running on the 500gb SSD after cloning the smaller drive. I removed the smaller drive and the bootup went smoothly and programs appear to be operating as expected.
Thanks again, all.

Glad to hear things are working out. You should see a marked improvement in running windows etc having the OS on the SSD drive.
Hopefully an improvement to working with Video Studio

Now you should be able to install the 128gb as Drive D, using that for your personal video / image files.
It’s a little on the small side so you may need to consider purchasing a larger drive.
