Problem with BCC Boris Title Studio

I have a problem with Video Studio 2020. It doesn't work properly and doesn't show all the images, videos etc
I want to completely uninstall the program but I don't know how to leave it completely clean so I can install it from 0!
In fact the problem is with Boris BCC Title Studio, it opens but it doesn't allow me to work with it.
I can't put an image, but everywhere I can see (?) question marks! No allowed to read any of the commands.

How can I send a screen foto?

How are you trying to apply BCC
First insert an image to the timelines, an image will do
Drag BCC to that clip, now double click the clip to open the options panel which shows the filter list, Now click Customise
New to 2020 is the yellow star showing on the clip indicating that a filter has ben applied, select for Filter BCC

I do that but once I'm within the programme I can't do anything! Where is suppous to be leters to show me acctions, there ara only question marks! ?????

Use the attachment option at the bottom of the post – Quick Reply
First select the Full Editor & Preview, that will show additional text edits at the top and an Attachments tab lower left, then Add File
browse the hard drive for your image,
Position cursor on your reply and select Place in Line

There is a post that describes the process but does need updating since the forum update earlier this year.

That just does not look correct, I would try installing the Bonus Features again to see if that will do a repair
Locate your downloaded Installation folders
Within the 64Bit folder you should see a BonusFeatures, this is the pack that updates the program to Ultimate
Open the folder and double click “setup_Bonus.exe”
That should install the pack again overwriting the existing files.

As you mention other problems with Luts it begs the question what else, should we be thinking a complete re-installation of the program?

Except New Blue Titler pro 5, but I don't want to fight anymore.
