Possible to animate a rectangle being drawn around text?

Hello Everyone

Is there a way to make an effect of a rectangle drawn around text?
Instead of text surrounded by a tight rectangle I was hoping to animate the rectangle to seem as it is drawn around the words.
Is there way to do this?

Is it an animation like the one below?
First I draw a sparkling line and use a transition effect.
The sparkling lines can be created in Motion Studio.

What exactly are you trying to create, you mention Draw, that to me means drawing a line freehand, if so then use Painting Creator
Or are you thinking more graphical

We have several text type plugins, text editors, BCC the 3D title editor and FX Newblue Titler Pro
Of course the programs options from the library (select the “T”) 2020 has been updated to include text + graphics, It’s the last 12 or so templates in the T library.

So can you expand on the type of effect you are trying to create

Can you also please update your profile to include the version of video studio you are using.
If 2020 then as I say Text + Graphics are available
