Hello Everyone,
Is there a way to get transparent images working in VIdeoStudio. All pngs have black backgrounds, Gifs work but resolution is low, I heard something about saving Pngs at 32? But Photoshop only lets it be saved at 24.
Thank you in advance.

Hi Henry
Are you inserting the PNG's to the overlay tracks with a background image on the top track.
When you mentioned Photoshop are you referring to Adobe Photoshop os Corel Paint shop
I used PSP to save a Png using the default settings using 8 bit, the image was created with a transparent background

- Click image for larger view, right click for Save Image

Hi Guys!
Actually Adobe PS.
I'm inserting the png over other items such as images and a video. Imagine a moving bird over some segments.
I have tried PNG 8 but the resolution goes really bad. Especially when it scales or it zooms out The same with gifs.

@asik1 - it defaults to black. I have no background to the image before exporting from Adobe PS.
Thanks again!

The attached file is a PSD created with Photoshop
You can download, unzip the psd and insert to the timelines / overlay track of Video Studio, yes VS will accept psd files.
or you can open the PSD using photoshop and Save As Png, when I do this I do not change any options simply go with the default settings.
I do not know what settings you are using but i do not have a problem using the programs default options.
