After shooting an outdoor sequence with my camcorder, I found the audio track dead, probably due to an external mic failure.
Now I want to add an audio track from another near-identical clip, with effects of a river beneath a bridge, to the video clip lacking audio.
What would be the best procedure for accomplishing that with VS Pro X9?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Import it and place it where needed.

Hi DayO
I would start a new project, insert the video with audio
Share – Audio – choosing a Wav format
That will create an audio file
Open the project containing the video with no sound
Import Wav to one of the sound tracks.

You don't need to re-save a wav, just put your video in an audio track.
