templates

Postby wlopatin » Sun Jul 05, 2020 8:37 pm

Sorry if this has been asked and answered but I search and couldn't find any info.
All the templates seem to be very short in length and have place setters for only a few pictures. I want to do something with about 50 pictures and just did a plan transition between them and added some music. It looks OK but not very exciting. Some of the templates look great if I had less than 10 pictures. Am I missing something about using templates. Just got VS2020, but have been using VS for many years, updating about every 2, and this is the first time I seriously looked at the templates.
Any ideas would be welcome.
Thanks.

As your other post Fast Flick was mentioned
FastFlick templates create an intro using say 10 images and a similar ending, the remaining images are used in the main body.

The templates can be viewed in the library but a little difficult comparing / separating Fastflick types from Instant Projects

You need to launch Fast Flick to check out the templates.

The program also allows you to create your own FF template, a bit of a learning curve, I do not think many use this option.

I have VS2018 but when I use templates I copy a part of a template I like and save it and may use it two or three times in the same video with other parts of templates I have used and saved. So you can build a combination of various sections and save a complete template for future use.
