This is what I did. I placed an mp4 file on the time line and rendered it as AVCHD. I then went to render as mp4 the mp4 file and it crashed.
Now, I am back to the old problem-no rendering in AVCHD, mp4 or mov. What did this mp4 file do to VS. I have used it in the past.
I found the problem, indirectly. When I attempted to enter the BIOS, the only device visible was the SSD C: drive. The program is not the issue. I am trouble shooting with the vendor to resolve the problem.
