Moving the Moov atom to the beginning of the video

Does Corel X7 move the moov atom directly to the beginning of the video?
I need it to do this. If it doesn't can anyone suggest how I can do this easily?
I keep getting messages from YouTube about streamable format and I have done everything I know to do but this.
I have put it in the same format at it was produced in.
I never had any issues before and no messages and now this.
This should't be this hard
The go pro setting for the video was 1920x1080 Res.
29 Frames
MP4
48 KHZ
128 Bit KBPS
Maybe next time I ride my dirtbike I should try to set my go pro at a lower resolution like 1280x960 or 1280x720. I wear it on my helmet. Maybe 1920x1080 is not suitable.
I have to get this problem fixed before I upload more video.

Something I had never ever heard of until I read your post - so I Googled it and found quite a few other people asking the same question = and in some cases getting answers

best suggestion I can offer at the moment is to Google - - moov atom - - and read some of the hits.

MP4Box looks to be the best tool for the job.
