Re: Time lapse doesn't work with stop motion
I tried the standard way not using VS Timelapse/Strobe option and I guess it can be done but required more time using the shift key and right/left clicks for multiple import/clip selection and copy/paste attributes. I like my method better due to workflow familiarity. As I often find with editing, t...

Re: Time lapse doesn't work with stop motion
.uis uses images not video, VideoStudio just classifies them as video files. What it does is it allows one to import multiple images that are in numeric order as a single .uis file and puts it on the timeline rather than having to import all those image files individually . In doing so, the .uis fil...

Re: Time lapse doesn't work with stop motion
rkstudio, What you want to do can be done simply in VideoStudio by using Ulead Image Sequence(.uis). Please follow these steps. 1) File>Insert Media File to Timeline>Insert Video 2) Under Files of type: use dropdown and click on Ulead Image Sequence(*.uis) 3) Click on Options button 4) Under Select ...

Re: BIG problem
David, I do not have your Toshiba camera but I would try the following. Use the Arcsoft camera software and check to see if the transferred original file showing 29.970fps can be changed to PAL 25fps and then output using the Arcsoft software. Then import this file matching the PAL project settings ...

Re: VSPX6 Trial
Follow up. I have found a workaround for my Do More issue. Apparently, the messaging service within VSP and the Corel Guide's Do More had a broken path and could not communicate with each other. It was odd because both the Learn and Check for updates worked. What I did is navigate to C:\Documents an...

Re: VSPX6 Trial
Trevor, I can confirm that installing the trial on my Windows 7 laptop works. The Share>Create Disc function works allowing me to use burn module, menu creation features, etc. Must have been the low specs on the XP desktop. Funny, again the same behavior with the Do More tab happened. Upon opening f...

Re: VSPX6 Trial
Trevor, I have never seen the burner module. I can put a compliant MPEG-2 file on the timeline or nothing and go to Share>Create Disc and when I click on DVD or any of the other options in the list, I get the dump file error. All the other options with the Share step work. The Do More just shows tho...

Re: VSPX6 Trial
I was going to copy the exe to a USB flash drive and then paste the exe to the laptop and install. Reason I asked about email is that after installation it asks to register the product. After registering, the Continue tab appears on the lower right and when clicked it opens the program for the first...

Re: VSPX6 Trial
Trevor, This testing machine is a Windows XP desktop that barely meets minimum specs, wonder if that is the problem. I was thinking of installing the VSPX6 trial on my Windows 7 laptop to see if it exhibits the same DMP issue . Because the trial has already been registered to my email address, do I ...

Re: VSPX6 Disc Authoring v. DVDMFP7
Thanks, Ken.
Unfortunately, I am experiencing a DMP error message when trying to Share>Create Disc with the trial of VSPX6. Since I can't get to this step, I do not know what authoring features VSPX6 has. I was hoping DVDMFP7 would just be flat out better and would justify a purchase.

Re: VSPX6 Trial
Trevor, Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, the program still gives me the dump file error message even when I create a new project and go to Share>Create Disc. Share>Create File in VSPX6 does not produce any errors. This is very odd. Also, checked the Knowledge Base and I have no Browser Plugins ...

Re: VSPX6 Trial
After typing this post, I re-opened VSPX6 and the Do More tab responded. It is now showing only three thumbnails: Video Tutorials, Introductory Webinar & One-on-One Training. None of the free templates, titles or all content shows. Maybe they will appear upon another opening of the program later. St...

VSPX6 Trial
Decided to give the trial a whirl and have encountered two problems. Installation went well and the Corel Guide popped up and I could view all the free templates, titles in the Do More tab. After closing the program I get the 30 day reminder. Now upon opening the program, the Corel Guide splash scre...
