Corel USER to USER Web Board

Nothing happen at all. It tries but nothing opens. Not even an error message.
I have look at help in Corel and they suggest to install a few things. Like Framework, etc.

Perhaps I'm wrong, but I saw that my Internet Explorer doesn't work in the PC where I have Corel Motion Estudio.
Maybe the programme is looking for Internet Explorer in order to open that web.

Ok, but there must be a way to stop that happend!

And how do you select both objects?

When I add an object or a text it's placed behind the object exinting.
I go to "Object" "Align", but it doesn't allow me to bring it forward or backward.
(The options in "Align" are not in white (grey), therefore can't be selected)
