Re: Available Now! AfterShot Pro Update 2.0.2.10

Hello, Well, if the uninstaller is corrupted (might be what happened to Tadjo ?), I first try to use system restoration if possible. Then, if I can't (or don't want), I launch registrar, make a registry backup, wipe anything related to ASP within the registry, the programs and the data, restart the ...

Re: Available Now! AfterShot Pro Update 2.0.2.10

The windows installer finds the existing installation and uninstalls it, but then it exits instead of further installing the new version. So one has to run it again in order to process with installation. Somehow diappointing. Might not be that difficult to chain both uninstall & install processes. R...

Athentech noise removal = perfectly clear noise removal ?

Hello,

Sorry for the silly question, but I couldn't find the answer so far so...
Is the so-called Athentec noise removal what appears in the Perfectly clear noise removal tab ?

TIA,

J.-L.

Re: ASP2 : Slower than a snail ?

I had a look at the log which was as old as ASP 1 first installation. So I renamed it and the folders containing my previously downloaded photos. Then I launched ASP and downloaded the photos again (I hadn't enabled deletion after download). To my big surprize, it only took 1.32 to achieve. But, now...

Re: ASP2 : Slower than a snail ?

Not importing, just downloading. I'll use import when catalogs are convenient enough. For now, it isn't the case. As for the OS, I don't think it may be of any importance, since it is the same I used before I upgraded ASP from V1 to V2. Should my computer be a bit outdated, I can't figure why and ho...

ASP2 : Slower than a snail ?

Hello, I just dowloaded a set of 94 pictures I took on sunday and today. I took over 5 minutes where ASP1 only needed 3~4 for 150. Where on earth is the speed improvement they at corel claim ? I think I'm going to demand for refund and wait until they release a stable improved V2. :( No...

Re: AfterShotPro2 Keyword Sets

The keyword set created with AS1 is available with AS2. Yes, of course, but if you install ASP2 over your existing ASP1, it will overwrite (almost) all your settings and you will not find them anymore after starting the application for the first time. However, it seems that if you apply some settin...

Re: First Update to AfterShot Pro 2 Now Available

Hi Everyone, In the last 24 hours Corel has posted our first update to AfterShot Pro 2. You can find version 2.0.1.5 on http://www.aftershotpro.com/en/support/updates/. I still get the old version with that link. Hello, Try this one : http://www.corel.com/corel/pages/index.jsp?pgid=800161&ppid=8100...

Re: First Update to AfterShot Pro 2 Now Available

So, the link in the first post still leads to having to wait between 2 and 5 hours for the download to be completed. And it isn't because of my aDSL, since it is the same from work with 10 MB sDSL and optical fiber. I finally found that using this link http://www.corel.com/corel/pages/index.jsp?pgid...

Re: Aftershot Pro 1 & 2 - Linux Mint 17 - no printer availab

So, this ugly bug wasn't fixed yet ? See http://forum.corel.com/EN/viewtopic.php?f=94&t=52695 I monkeyed it a few weeks ago. I'll have a look at it and go back to Corel support. Edit : Er... it is one way only ? Once a bug has been submitted, one can't track it nor see what other bugs have been repo...

Re: ASP2 32 bits corrupts Ubuntu 12.04 LTS 64

Hello, Funny... I would have bet the chip were NVDIA... but the command reports Intel instead : 00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Mobile 4 Series Chipset Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 07) This however matches the full report I got typing lspci -vv. So my problem might not be...
