Re: Download Vs 5.exe Cannot Be Downloaded

Hi I have just downloaded the file without problems. I used the link from this page It is indeed 1,397.460 KB and called “VSX5_Pro_TBYB.exe” And if I were to guess I would look at your firewall or your virus scanner program to see if it is stopping EXE downloads. But certainly the file from Corel do...

Re: Long time to 'create disk' with X4

Hi John When you press the burn button the progress bar indicates what is happening. If you see Convert Title then your video files are being converted. If you have added a compliant Mpeg2 file then this should not happen. As you say you have done this then Convert Title should not happen? Providing...

Re: Video Studio ProX4 - I'm exhausted trying!

Hi David

Sorry but the simple answer is you can’t.
X4 does not allow you to reduce the size of the window.
You can completely minimise the program or full view

Video Studio X5 is capable of reducing the working window size.

Re: Videostudio Pro X5

I'd appreciate it you'd confirm fixed or not...I don't think it's been fixed. I was told long ago here it's best to output the video project to a file, then create the menu system using the file that was created. I'd also like to confirm whether or not the burning module has gained any performance ...

Re: Videostudio Pro X5

Well when you use Movie Factory you are adding video files Mpeg2 files. You create the menu, Eventually when you close you are prompted to save the project, at least that’s how I assume it works. When you launch Movie Factory again you can use an existing project file. Video Studio will do the same,...

Re: Opening VS4 Project in VS5?

Hi wstagner You could always open a VSP in newer versions of Video Studio. If you are having problems in doing this then something is wrong. Bob Opening a VSP in an earlier version is also possible, generally being able to go back two versions. First you have to save the project for an earlier versi...

Re: Very poor rendering quality for HD files in VS X4

Hi By using Video Studio you can advance the video frame by frame, click the digital clock then the arrows, This shows each frame which seems to progress normally. I cannot identify any duplicate frames except for the first two, which has been noticed in the past when using Panasonic 700 files. Post...

Re: Video Studio ProX4 - I'm exhausted trying!

Hi David Your camera records video to a hard drive within the camera. Connect the camera via USB to your computer and the camera should be recognised as a removable drive when viewing the Computer (Windows Explorer) Transfer your video files to the PC in the same way as you would for images. Drag an...

Re: GoPro VSX2 Sound Issue

Hi Not sure what to recommend next other than using Super, which is where you started and the only solution to work so far. Have you updated Quick Time Player to the latest version. Try the GoPro 1280 x 720 recordings as these use a standard frame size, rather than 1280 x 960. Clutching at straws no...

Re: MP4 Compression?

Hi JPW Apologies for any confusion……….. Not a different encoder but a different program, I had a trial Beta X5 installed on my pc. and had inadvertently use that to create the black sample. In my defence the two workstations do look identical especially when creating the templates. The next time I o...

Hi Seems a long way to 334, by then you will be at 10 on the learning curve. Try this Save the project giving it another name. (F6) preferences, set the image duration to 3 seconds. Set transitions to use CrossFade Drag all images to the library, create a new page for this. Delete all images from th...

Re: VS X3 Pro ug to VS X4

Hi Ian Good news, glad you managed to get the program working. Now save the downloaded file in a safe place along with the serial number. Then save / burn the files to a disc as a backup, you may need to use a DVD depending on the size.. By the way did you manage to login to your account on the core...

Re: no sound preview for clips after pic-in-pic added

Hi Wayne

Yep this does seem to happen.
After applying a filter the FX icon remains active.

Click the top icon “media” then play in clip mode.
