Re: Upgrading from Win8.1 to Win10, will PSP X7 license surv

It *shouldn't*, as this is an OS upgrade, and is supposed to leave already installed programs intact. If for some reason it doesn't, just reinstall. I installed PSPX7 on the hard drive I had Windows 10 on when I was testing it, and had no problems.

I assume that's supposed to be 10122, as that is the latest build. There was no 10012 build. :D

Re: Corel PSP x7 and Windows 10

Trueblue a Technical Preview of Windows 10 is available for people to download and install and play with. What he said. :D It's unstable and constantly has updates coming out but it's a public beta test that Microsoft does to get as many bugs as it can before final release. So, yes, they can be usi...

Re: Create contact sheet in PaintShop Pro X7?

Is it possible to create a contact sheet based on multiple images in PaintShop Pro X7? Is it possible to do this while retaining the sources' alpha channels? There's still no way to create a contact sheet in X7, except the way Forriner said. If you really need to create a contact sheet but don't wa...

I haven't used it fully yet, but X7 and SP1 both installed on the latest Win 10 Build 9926. The program did open when I tried it.

Re: Anyone running Nvidia DXT plug-in with PSP?

I have! I've installed the 64 bit version on both X6 and X7 (both 64 bit too). Other than a minor annoyance on loading, it works fine. I've edited and saved dozens of DDS files with X6. Haven done any with X7 yet, but I have tested it to make sure it would load them. To install, just run the program...

Re: PSPx7

The low price is pre-sale. You can have a many versions on your PC as needed. If had to completely reinstall X7 (which is an upgrade from X6 for you) you may be requested for the last full version registration number, in your case X6. You will need to keep registrations for both versions in a safe ...

Thanks. I wanted to make sure cause I have been bitten in the past with "upgrade" software that required the previous version be installed.

Re: PSPx7

I have a question. If I buy the "upgrade" version, does that mean if I ever need to do a complete reinstall (for example, after reinstalling my OS, which I did just recently) will I have to install X6 first? Or is it still the "full" version, just at a lower price because I do have X6?

TIA.

As of this posting I haven't gotten an upgrade email, nor is there a notice when I tried opening and closing my X6. :(

Re: newbie with problems

I had the same problem with SP2 greying out some of my buttons. The only fix I found was to uninstall, reinstall, and not install the updates.
