Re: Cannot open an image by double clicking

The two options, one to first open PSP then use File Open, or drag and drop from windows explorer takes approximately the same time to complete as does locating the files to double click, which for the first image would also launch PSP. In all instances you have to locate the files on the hard drive...

Re: Audio Sync Errors with VideoStudio 2021

Thank you for the clarification Are there any settings you can choose when using the HDMI to USB interface, If so take a note of the audio Khz setting, 41000 or 48000, try both options. Does the device transfer the files, or do you have to play the footage to capture, I assume the latter To be hones...

Re: Cannot open an image by double clicking

Kenneth. Your original post mentions PSP although you have posted to Video Studio forums, not that it matters as file associations are more of a windows issue. Are you sure you want PSP to open your images, normally I would have thought that an image viewer would be the better option. Windows 10 doe...

Re: Audio Sync Errors with VideoStudio 2021

A little confused here as Edison99 mentions a “video recorder” I assume a device connected to a tv to record programs, Edison99 did not mention using a camera. If that is correct then there is no SD card to transfer the files from which would be one way to do the job. I think a little clarification ...

Re: Rendering Issues With VS Pro X9 Output Formats

DayO…. Sorry for the delay in replying just a little busy at the moment. I do not think uploading the actual clip is going to prove anything, I assume that to be one of your MTS video files. Besides 58% seems quite specific, I would think it is some conflict with the edits you have applied or other ...

Re: Rendering Issues With VS Pro X9 Output Formats

What were you intending to upload If you are intending to upload your entire project then at 35 minutes for MTS that would be 5Gb +, as a guess, quite large A Smart Package would be the best option, that will save all clips used within your project to a new folder. I believe you mention having sever...

Re: Save project to edit later

My last holiday was a cruse to Norway, just before the first Covid lockdown, beginning of 2020. I created a folder on my hard drive aptly named Norway Cruise, I used that folder for my Images and Video, importing those from the camera, depending on the amount I may create sub folders. Running Video ...

Hi Rockc1ty and welcome to the forums How are you opening your project? You should use File – Open Project Alternatively from File there are 4 last used projects available at the bottom of the list, a quick launch option. If you are dragging the vsp file from the library to the timeline you are usin...

Re: Rendering Issues With VS Pro X9 Output Formats

58% of the length of your project
You mentioned that the project was 35 minutes
58% of 35 is 20.3
20 minutes 18 seconds

00:20:30:000 as set on the project clock

Re: No support for video with dual channel audio

A little short as a sample, but I do hear sound although for only 1 second
A little like jungle sounds
VS 2020 sees the audio as stereo although low volume so I don’t see any waveform when viewing Sound Mixer

Re: Installing VS2021 Ultimate to my second PC

The standard licence when purchasing Video Studio only allows us to install on one machine This is different for other Corel products which allow installation on two machines, in fact I believe it was 3 machines at one time. Yes we can purchase a licence to cover more than one machine. However we ar...
